Fashion designers
Design a full collection in one set of proportions. Side seams that match, topstitch that runs parallel, and a file you can send straight to a sample room.
Runs inside Adobe Illustrator
Pick a shape, pull any anchor, and build a real piece or a whole set. Work on the front and the back is drawn for you, as clean, editable vector.
The panel
Pull any blue point: the hem, the chest, the neck, the sleeve. The whole piece redraws, front and back, and the figure underneath is the limit, so it always stays wearable.

Front and back
Most of the work in a flat is drawing the garment twice. Here you design the front and the back builds itself from it: same side seams, same hem, same sleeves, always matched.
Want the back to be different? Give it its own neckline or closure. It still sews to the front.
The plugin
The panel and every garment are the real plugin. The Illustrator around it is recreated for this video.
Sets and looks
Build a full look on one figure. Tuck the top in, throw a jacket over it, switch a layer off to see what is underneath. Each garment lands in Illustrator as its own layer.

The render
Pick a fabric and the flat renders in it. Silk gleams along its folds, velvet glows at the edge, chiffon lets the figure show through. The light comes from the shape of the garment, so nothing is painted on.

Colour
In Illustrator the render lands on its own layer, under clean vector lines, so you can switch it off.
The file
Open the file and it looks like a designer drew it, because the rules came from one. Nothing is an expanded mess of points, so you can keep working by hand for as long as you like.

How it works
Pick a category and a fit from pictures. No drawing skills, no blank artboard.
Neckline, sleeve, hem, closure, seams. Then pull the points until it is yours.
You worked on one side. The other is already drawn and already matches.
Insert it into Illustrator for a lookbook, a line sheet, a portfolio or a tech pack.
Who it's for
Design a full collection in one set of proportions. Side seams that match, topstitch that runs parallel, and a file you can send straight to a sample room.
Go from an idea to something a factory can read, before you can afford a CAD artist. Build the range yourself, on your own schedule.
Know the shape you want but not how to draw a flat? Start from a real garment, then push it, colour it and make it your own.

FAQ
A garment design panel for Adobe Illustrator. Choose a category and a fit, design every part of it from pictures, pull its anchors by hand, and it draws the front and back as editable vector.
Yes. Work on the front and the back builds itself from it, with the same side seams, hem and sleeves. Move a point on a line the two sides share and both move. You can still give the back its own neckline and closure.
No. Use it to design a single piece or a full set, for a lookbook, a line sheet, a portfolio or just to see an idea. If you do need a tech pack, the flats drop straight into whatever template you already use. Spec sheets, BOMs and grading are not in it.
Yes. Drag the blue points and the garment redraws around them, front and back, with its seams and stitching following. It stops at the figure, so it always stays wearable. Once it is in Illustrator it is ordinary vector, so you can move any anchor by hand.
Fashion designers first, along with independent labels without a CAD artist. It also suits artists and illustrators who know the shape they want but never learned to draw a flat.
Tops, skirts, dresses, pants, shorts and outerwear, plus 707 trims and stitches you can place on anything. That is 13 top fits, 93 necklines, 83 sleeves, 36 skirts, 16 dresses, 14 pants and 31 jackets and coats, and they mix and match.
The flats are drawn on a female size S template, with the arms out or down, so everything stays in proportion. They are plain vector, so insert them with or without the template and scale them onto your own croquis or fashion figure.
Yes. A swatch colours the whole garment or just the piece you click, like one sleeve. It comes into Illustrator as line work on top, a layer per colour, and a white base.
Yes. Pick from 24 fabrics for the whole garment or one piece, including cotton poplin, linen, silk satin, chiffon, organza, denim, tweed, corduroy, velvet, jersey, leather and sequin. Light and shadow are worked out from the shape of the garment, and sheers really are see-through. In Illustrator the render sits on its own layer under the line work, so you can switch it off.
Individual is one licence for one designer. Studio is a licence for each person on your team, from three seats, with the price per seat dropping as the team grows.
